Sada Al-Raudhatain Magazine ,which are published by the media Division in the Department of Intellectual and Cultural affairs at the Abbasiya holy Shrine, published the scientific research session of His Eminence Dr. Sheikh Abbas Kashif Al-Ghitaa in its issue 336, which was held as part of the events of the 14th World spring of martyrdom Festival. the research Entitled (The Project of Fatwa of Sacred Defense), stating that religious Authority is of great importance in our human history, considering that it constitutes an important element of human civilization, which resulted in decisive positions in Iraq's national life when crises intensified, stressing that we find the religious Authority in every calamity that occurs in the country and  bear the burden of restoring balance to Iraq, and remove the danger from religion, the homeland and human.

The research session was held at Imam Hassan Hall for conferences and symposia on the holy Abbasid threshold, which was attended by the legal officiate of the two holy shrines and their Secretaries-general in addition to the presence and participation of scholars and academics from inside and outside Iraq.
